Old run down and in poor condition.

This hotel is old, run down, poor condition, unkept, dirty and poorly decorated. Nothing in the room except a TV and phone. Staff was unhelpful and verged on rude, catered to the hostel crowed young people in the lobby and common areas at all time. ...read more

It was close to the airport.
The airport van did not start until 7am, rooms were ugly and amenities space.

Rooms have a full kitchen but decor and amenities are dull and space. Not very inviting. Pool and pool area had a lot of leaves in it.

The smells in stairs and room are bad.

Generally it is ok. Good breakfast and bad ventilation which caused the smell in the room and stair area is bad.

Allowed early check-in, comfortable, clean and friendly staff.
Hotel shuttle started at 7:00 a.m. Would be nice to start at 6:30 a.m.

Exceeded expectations. Nice room layout. Very comfortable beds. Great location next to MIA Airport. Quiet and did not hear airplanes at all.
